簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為達(dá)到高橋鎮(zhèn)中心區(qū)A08-14地塊凈地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本項(xiàng)目擬對(duì)該地塊實(shí)施電力管線搬遷。主要包括基礎(chǔ)工程、桿塔工程、架線工程、拆除工程、10kV電纜敷設(shè)、電纜附件、電纜調(diào)試與試驗(yàn)、電纜線路工程、帶電作業(yè)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單/圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description: In order to meet the net land standard of A08-14 plot in the central area of Gaoqiao Town, the project intends to relocate the power pipeline to the plot. It mainly includes foundation engineering, tower engineering, wiring engineering, demolition engineering, 10kV cable laying, cable accessories, cable commissioning and testing, cable line engineering, live operation, etc. (Please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings for specific quantities and requirements.) ）

二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
