簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程位于上海市浦東新區(qū)曹路新市鎮(zhèn)中心片區(qū)C5-4地塊，東至C5-5地塊，西至C5-2地塊，南至銀峰路，北至C5-1地塊，占地面積約2.8145公頃，主要建設內容為配合曹路新市鎮(zhèn)中心片區(qū)C5-4部分地塊土地儲備項目建設，對紅線范圍內的電力管線實施搬遷等。
Brief Specification Description: This project is located in Shanghai pudong new district of new town center C5-4 plot, east to C5-5 plot, to C5-2 plot west, south to silver peak road, north to C5-1 plot, covers an area of about 2.8145 hectares, the main construction content for cooperate cao new town center area C5-4 part of land reserve project construction, within the scope of the red line of power pipeline relocation, etc.

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
