澄清或變更簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明：投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間/開(kāi)標(biāo)時(shí)間變更為2024年1月3日9:30（北京時(shí)間）中化建國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限責(zé)任公司受招標(biāo)人委托對(duì)下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)，于2024-12-13在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)發(fā)布變更公告。本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須具備有效的GB/T19001（ISO9001）質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)。如果有國(guó)家相關(guān)部門發(fā)布的最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以最新體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)，投標(biāo)時(shí)須提供證書(shū)復(fù)印件。B. The manufacturer of the bid product shall have valid GB/T19001 (ISO9001) Quality System Certification, If there are the latest system standards issued by the relevant departments of the State, the latest system standards shall prevail.
