本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目 馬鑾灣新城集美片區(qū)浦井路地下綜合管廊工程（施工“評(píng)定分離”） （項(xiàng)目名稱）已由 廈門(mén)市發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì) （項(xiàng)目審批、核準(zhǔn)或備案機(jī)關(guān)名稱）以 《廈門(mén)市發(fā)改委關(guān)于馬鑾灣新城集美片區(qū)浦井路地下綜合管廊工程可行性研究報(bào)告帶概算》（廈發(fā)改審批(2024)53號(hào)） （批文名稱及編號(hào)）批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，建設(shè)單位為 廈門(mén)市政管廊投資管理有限公司 ， 建設(shè)資金來(lái)源 財(cái)政資金 ，招標(biāo)人為 廈門(mén)安控地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)有限公司 ，委托的招標(biāo)代理單位為 建融建設(shè)管理集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司 。本項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)行公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。
