三明市污水處理廠動工興建。一級處理能力3.75萬噸/日，二級處理能力1.5萬噸/日，市區(qū)列東片區(qū)的污水可全部排入載流管網(wǎng)，由污水廠集中處理�？偼顿Y4800萬元。由上海市政工程設(shè)計院設(shè)計。1998年5月投入運行。
